Carter recently graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, with a focus in Psychology. His extensive clinical, research, and educational experiences have inspired him to pursue a career as a Clinical Psychologist, specializing in youth-oriented chronic pain treatment and research that operates within the biopsychosocial lens. He currently volunteers in clinical psychology research labs. He is also employed by a multidisciplinary healthcare company that collaborates with allied health professionals to deliver equitable and effective care to individuals living with chronic conditions. Carter is eager to continue developing his growth-based mindset through training and mentorship while working alongside the Uplift Psychology team. In his free time, he enjoys being on the lake, staying physically active, and spending time with family and friends.
